Celtic Bank Hires John Liley, Gary Matkin and Darron Rowley to expand growing Mortgage Department

SALT LAKE CITY, April 26, 2012 / PRNewswire / - Celtic Bank Corporation has announced the appointment of John Liley as vice president for mortgage and Gary Matkin and Darron Rowley as mortgage officers. The hiring is part of Celtic Bank aggressive growth strategy to expand its mortgage division and compete for mortgage regionally and nationally.
